Before returning

Wait for our return instructions before sending the portable karaoke speaker. Keep the unit and its supplied components together; retain packaging where possible.

Return shipping and refunds

AnnaTone covers return shipping for eligible returns. Following receipt and inspection, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Damage or incorrect items

Describe the issue and include photographs where useful so we can assess an appropriate remedy. This policy does not remove rights available under applicable consumer law.
