AnnaTone offers free standard shipping to the United States and Canada.

Processing and transit

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. These are estimates; weekends, holidays, carrier delays or incomplete addresses can affect delivery.

Address changes and tracking

Review your address at checkout. If it needs correction, contact [email protected] promptly with the order number so we can check whether a change is possible before dispatch. Tracking can be used when available.

Delivery issues

For a missing, damaged or incorrect parcel, contact us with the order number, details and photographs when useful. Keep any damaged packaging while the issue is reviewed.
